As developer/owner, Lend Lease will manage design, construction, leasing and ultimately provide property management services for the project. The Covington Medical Arts Pavilion has been designed by Perkins + Will. The new medical office building will be a distinctive landmark with great visibility, patient access and parking. The upper two floors are fully leased therefore choice first floor space is remaining for physician practices.
