The Times-Picayune and The New Orleans Advocate name Lakeview Regional a winner of the New Orleans Top Workplaces 2020 Award

Lakeview Regional Medical Center, a campus of Tulane Medical Center, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Times-Picayune and New Orleans Advocate. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection.

“As a leader, it’s an honor to be named a top workplace for the third year in a row, but this award belongs to the dedicated team that works so hard to create a place that makes everyone feel appreciated and supported,” said Hiral Patel, CEO of Lakeview Regional. “We strive to foster a culture within the hospital that focuses on our core values of mutual respect and collaborative teamwork. We offer opportunities to grow and be successful while serving our community.”

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, which administered the survey. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”
