Patients, visitors and employees at Lakeview Regional Medical Center now have access to on-site concierge services provided by Covington-based Omega Concierge Services. The service includes dry cleaning, auto detailing, lunch delivery and floral services. Additional services are welcomed upon request.

“We care about treating our patients as a whole, beyond their clinical needs,” states Steve Robinson, Lakeview Regional Medical Center’s Chief Operating Officer. “We understand how difficult a hospital stay can be for patients and their families, and the concierge service program is one more thing we can do to make them more comfortable and allow them to concentrate on recovery.” Lakeview Regional Medical Center has been recognized with several Gold Quality Awards for its quality of health care given to its patients in the hospital setting. The customer service these concierge services provide merely enhances the satisfaction of patients, while increasing their conveniences throughout their stay. The service will also help hospital staff balance work and family commitments by taking away some of the everyday chores they may be unable to attend to while at work. “As a company leader in employee satisfaction, it is important for us to be cognizant of our employees’ time and expectations,” states Jason Cobb, Lakeview Regional Medical Center’s Chief Executive Officer. “These services will assist us in achieving our goal of consistently exceeding both our employees’ and patients’ expectations.”

Those who use the service pay only for the cost of goods and services requested and any incidentals that are incurred. Restaurant delivery includes a 10% of total receipt fee to cover mileage and gasoline. Concierge services are provided from 9:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
