Omega Concierge is committed to serving the needs St. Tammany Parish. Our goal is to simplify the lives of our clients and give them their time back. We do this through our wide array of lifestyle management solutions, event planning & and understanding what clients need to make life as easy and enjoyable as possible.
We accomplish your task when you need them done. Our goals are to reduce stress, simplify things and help you manage your life so you can have more time with the people and things that matter. This is where we come in. Whether its a trip to the grocery, cleaning you home, bringing your car to the shop, or planning your child’s birthday party we can handle the details. Instead of investing your hard earned time into the mundane, you just sit back with your feet up and let us take care of the details.
Concierge Services include:
Errand services: including pick-up & drop off dry cleaning, prescriptions, going to the store.
Personal Shopping: Grocery shopping, Purchase & wrap gifts, locate hard to find items.
Personal assistant: including scheduling appointments for doctors, spas, meetings & Home improvements.
Reminder services: including wake-up calls, birthday, anniversary & special events reminders.
Make reservations and plan special events, movies, sporting events, theatre, etc.
Manage households: Landscaping, House cleaning & maintenance, Pool services, House sitting, mail & newspaper pick-up, Coordinate home improvements, collect bids, home repairs and emergency home services and prepping home after long trips.
Special events Planning: Research and organize Personal & Business parties including holiday parties, Weddings and all other special events. Manage guest list and RSVP. Act as coordinator for: entertainment, party staff, photographer, caterers, florist, rentals, delivers, etc.
